Governing Documents

Chastain Walk, like all condominiums, is governed by documents filed with the state. Over the years these documents have been edited and restated, and, in some cases, later versions are rewrites and/or make changes to earlier versions. Later documents in the set override earlier contradicting documents.

Welcome Guide

The Chastain Walk Welcome Guide was designed for new and existing homeowners, as well as renters. It was written to answer the most common questions the board receives on a variety of subjects. By declaration of the board, this document is also an official set of property rules and guidelines. All members are encouraged to read and understand this important guide. It covers issues ranging from home improvements, to dish installations, to parking, renting, and more.
