Royal Flush Plumbing
Due to the sophistication and age of the plumbing at Chastain Walk Condominiums there is one approved plumbing company to do any work on our property. Royal Flush has access to and is familiar with our systems and the particular issues related to servicing our community. They can be reached at 770.385.5911. This is for any scheduled and emergency work done on property.
Scheduled work involving water shutoffs must be coordinated with our management company, CMA. The community requires a 48 notice before cutoffs may occur.
If any other company is contracted and damage occurs to the systems the owner of that unit with be charged the repair fee.
