UPDATE (Fri 7:42 PM): The boiler installation was completed mid afternoon.\u00a0The plumber is aware of the damage they caused to the wall and will be back out to repair this.<\/p>\n
UPDATE (Fri 11:39 AM): The water was turned off by mistake and should be back on now.<\/p>\n
UPDATE (Fri 11:29 AM): Just got word that the water is off in building 3 and, likely, building 4. We didn’t expect this. Sorry for the surprise. I’ll post further updates as I get them.<\/p>\n
UPDATE (Thu 8:40 PM): The boiler in building 4 will be replaced tomorrow. You will have hot water during the early hours but not later in the morning. The shut-off time is 10 AM. Cold water should be available throughout the process.<\/p>\n

A leak was reported in the basement of building 4 and our plumber determined that the boiler is leaking and must be replaced. Second one this year–yikes!
