We&#8217;re sorry for the inconvenience. We should not have to\u00a0drain the pool; instead,\u00a0the company uses a special vacuum that crawls the bottom to accomplish the same thing.<\/p>\n<p>Please let this also serve as a reminder that no glass is allowed in the pool area at any time for just this reason. The cost\u00a0for this clean up will be charged back to the homeowner who caused the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Also, please be careful with young kids and infants.
