[UPDATED] Door Painting and New Hardware

UPDATE: The deadline for replies is JUNE 2. Please email the Board with your choice by this date. If you have already given the Board your selection, you do not need to do so again. If you are requesting to keep your existing hardware, please send photos for approval.

Our property is getting spruced up this year with fresh paint on the doors, new unit numbers and new hardware. The Association is paying for the paint, door numbers, and labor. Homeowners are responsible for the cost of the hardware. Please see the attached for choices and pricing. There is a traditional deadbolt and an electronic option. The cost will be added to your regular monthly bill once the project in completed.

Please email the board with your prefence of regular or electronic deadbolt, along with your name and unit number. Remember that if you have a flat, you will need two sets.

Once we have the hardware ordered, we will schedule weekend installation dates. At this point, we are expecting installations to happen in June.

Please note: in the doc below, ignore all references to the color brass. These will all be brushed nickel.
