New management company: Community Management Associates (CMA)

Sadly, in the wake of Gerri’s passing, Working Solutions is closing its doors. As of June 1st, CMA will be our new management company. We are excited about this change and happy to be getting our previous property manager, Jessica Rowlison, back on our team! In addition to having access to all the vendors who already know our property well, we’ll also have access to a new team of people through CMA.

Since this is rather sudden, please bear with us while we get details finalized. We will share with you all information as we get it, and you can always reach the Board at cwboard@chastainwalk.com. If you have a management or maintenance issue, please continue to use cwmanager@chastainwalk.com.
